This episode was made in homage to the great artist, Banksy. Banksy is a no name artist in England who had a similar story such as this. His identity is basically unknown and he does his artwork as graffiti in public places. At first, he was known as a disturbance and a pest who vandalized and was wanted for arrest. Over the years he continued to anonymously graffiti his art and people slowly began to enjoy it. (it's actually really good art) Now, his artwork is very appreciated and store owners wish for him to graffiti and vandalize at their store - since he's became such a renowned artist. It brings people from other countries to your store if you're blessed to have his graffiti. His artwork is worth hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars. After being famous, Banksy sometimes sells his artwork in a disguise for very cheap ($100-$200). One lady thought a piece was interesting and bought one for $60 in NYC in a park not knowing the real artist. She later found out it was worth $700,000. His identity is still unknown.

Just a little info since they mentioned Banksy in the beginning and Smiley's art was the same style.

This felt like a fast tracked recycling of the Gentle Criminal arc. Not that I'm complaining because Midoriya using his intellect & kindness thus relating to the villian (except for Overhaul cause f--- that child abuser) is who he is, thus setting him apart from other shounen MC's

I was waiting to see how Todoroki would laugh since he is less reactive but it was amusing to see how his laughter wasn't an explosive one like everyone else, it was like he was trying to contain his laughter.
